What is More Than Silver?
MORE THAN SILVER™ is specifically designed to help antimicrobial silver work more effectively against complex microbial communities. Three components make up this technology: a surfactant (BEC), a metal chelating agent (EDTA) and ionic silver (the antimicrobial agent that sets apart AQUACEL™ Ag+ Extra from predecessor product).
What is Hydrofiber?
Hydrofiber, on the other hand, absorbs wound fluid and creates a soft gel to maintain a moist wound environment, locks in exudate and bacteria, and micro-contours to the wound bed.
